Market snapshot: Founders Club in Sarasota

When The Founders Club opened in October 2005, it was one of the first luxury golf communities east of Interstate 75. Eight miles from downtown Sarasota on Fruitville Road, it features 262 home sites along a five-mile perimeter road loop that winds among beautifully manicured golf greens and picturesque vegetation.

Fernando Viteri Wins London Bay Homes' Annual Realtor Prize

London Bay Homes has awarded Fernando Viteri, a sales associate with Signature Sotheby's International Realty, with its annual Realtor prize: a $5,000 transatlantic cruise on the luxurious Queen Mary II. All Realtors in the Sarasota and Naples markets who sold London Bay properties in 2011 were eligible for the prize.

Komen for the Cure.
